[NEWS] 111012 U-KISS SooHyun Suffers From Vocal Fatigue

Idol group U-KISS' main vocalist, Soohyun's vocal cord nodules have interrupted their current promotional activities.

On October 12th, U-KISS' agency NH Media stated that the activities for their 2nd album's title song, 'Neverland', has ended earlier than their planned schedule. Due to their demanding activities U-KISS' main vocalist, Soohyun, has been diagnosed with vocal cord nodules.

U-KISS' leader Soohyun has exerted exceptional strength during their current activities as he is in charge of the vocals in the group.

However due to the vigorous schedule, intense choreography and demanding vocal levels of their song, it has hindered the well-being of Soohyun.

In order to prepare for their most recent comeback, U-Kiss had practiced 6 hours daily for 3 months.


U-KISS' leader Soohyun has exerted exceptional strength during their current activities as he is in charge of the vocals in the group.

However due to the vigorous schedule, intense choreography and demanding vocal levels of their song, it has hindered the well-being of Soohyun.

NH Media stated, "We have taken Soohyun's recovery period into consideration. The worst case scenario would be his absence during their follow-up activities"

In addition, U-KISS will be participating in the '2011 Asia Song Festival' on October 15. Soohyun is expected to also join the group for this stage.

Soohyun heeft een knobbeltje bij zijn stembanden, wat dus erg vervelend is tijdens het zingen. Dit heeft hij waarschijnlijk opgelopen door zijn vele oefeningen (vaak 6 uur p/d) + alle events waar ze aan meedoen + hij moet veel hoge noten zingen. Hij kan dus eigenlijk een tijdje niet meedoen, maar op 15 oktober is er een belangrijk concert voor U-kiss, en ze willen dat hij daar wel aan meedoet.
